ABOUT THE AUTHORS

Prof. Virendra Kumar Paul is Faculty at School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi. Associated with Department of Building Engineering and Management Department since 1985, his academic research areas of interest include construction project management and fire safety in buildings.

Dr. Chaitali Basu is currently a lecturer at University of the West of England, Bristol, UK in Quantity surveying and construction technologies. Her primary academic and research interests span from building performance evaluation, building surveying, commercial management, to project planning and scheduling.

Abhijit Rastogi is faculty at School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi. Being into academics for more than 8 years, Abhijit is extensively involved in research and teaching. His academic research areas include construction management, project scheduling, building materials and skill development.

Kuldeep Kumar has been associated with real estate development projects and involved in design coordination and project development. His areas of interest include Design Management and Construction Project Management. Currently, he is pursuing PhD in the field of Fire Risk Analysis and Reliability Assessment.
