Dr. Meenakshi Singhal is an architect-planner and an academician. A graduate from Chandigarh College of Architecture, Chandigarh, she did post-graduation in Urban Planning and Doctorate in Architecture from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. With more than 25 years of teaching experience to her credit, she is presently an Associate Professor at the Department of Architecture, Guru Nanak Dev University. She has been teaching the subject of Town/ Urban Planning to the undergraduate and postgraduate students for more than a decade.
